 Our office has a department specializing in employment law and acting as external payroll agent:
  • Opening- accounts with the Social Security Institutions and hundling relations with them, including issues arising;
    Monthly payroll processing;
  • Preparing staff cost budgets and accounts with breakdown by cost centre;
  • Filing, monthly and annual statements concerning taxes and social security;
  • Taking care of all administrative and regulatory compliances relating to the initiation, execution, and conversion of employment contracts including termination; handling pre-tribunal stage of disputes;
  • General support in daily HR management.

Furthermore, through an integrated software solution, we can provide support to the in-house HR Manager in consulting and handling all current and historical labour and social security information on the workforce, both on an individual and statistical basis.
